Another Design Challenge. This one was done with brush inks a la comics and quickly colored (2.5 hrs). I wanted to do something out of the Euro-centric theme. Character Brief: The Four Jacks – brothers all – but like most royals, bitter bickering and hatred sours their relationships with each other. - Jack of Clubs is the Brute, and wounded on the inside – and can’t stand the site of blood. - Jack of Spades is suave, sophisticated, and self centered. - Jack of Diamonds is as gay as the day is long, and just avoids it all. - Jack of Hearts doesn’t fight for himself, but for the people!
